Since our founding in 2003, our motto has been “Service is not just a department, it is our business”. A dedication to providing excellent service to our customers has always driven us. We began as an auto body shop focused on fleet repairs and transitioned to becoming the regional leader in RV repairs over the past decade.

At RV Masters, our certified technicians perform a wide variety of RV repair services. Our shop is well-equipped to handle the many systems that make up modern RVs. Our facility includes lifts, scaffolding, welding, and fiberglass equipment to complete repairs quickly and efficiently.

Positions we are currently hiring for.

The Service Manager is an integral part of the RV Masters team. The ideal candidate is friendly and enjoys communicating with clients and our techs. This person should be a solutions oriented; creative thinker who can balance the needs of our clients within the scheduling limitations of the internal team. We are seeking an open minded candidate with a gift for empathetic communication with team members, vendors and clients.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers and quickly assess their needs, understanding the difficulty of their situation. Customer service is a top priority; it’s our job to turn that difficult situation around.
Provide accurate body repair estimates and supplements for customers and insurance companies using estimating software.
Oversee parts availability to create ideal schedule for the body shop and roof shop.
Manage the workflow of the collision and roof department as a whole and on an individual tech level, ensuring that repairs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Follow each job through the entire process from initial greeting, computing restoration costs, handling all insurance related communications and paperwork, overseeing parts ordering, to keeping customers updated throughout the process.
Perform quality control on the vehicle from repairs to final delivery.
Ensure that all repairs are completed safely, in accordance with industry and manufacturer standards, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and profitability of the collision repair department, such as improving workflow, reducing waste, and implementing new technologies or procedures.
Ensure that the shop is clean, organized, and well-maintained, and that all tools and equipment are properly calibrated and functioning correctly.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the technicians, lead department meetings and provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed to improve their skills and performance.
Hire, train, and manage a team of technicians, ensuring that they are properly trained, motivated, and equipped to perform their jobs to the best of their abilities.

This is a full time on-site position at our LaPlace Headquarters.
